I fondly remember growing up in a quaint, classic 100-year-old bungalow.
My mom was an avid gardener, planted fragrant flowers, fruit trees, and veggies and incorporated quirky tile mosaics throughout our backyard. My favorite part of my childhood home, however… the pull down stairs to the attic which led to my playroom! The fireplace, hardwood floors, and front porch where I spent so much time evoke a such a feeling of family and home for me. I so appreciate the uniqueness of Portland area homes, and being able to re-live how houses evolve from their original build to how they live today, picturing families and stories along the way.
My transition to real estate from non-profit residential energy efficiency work was catalyzed by my attraction to the innovativeness and creativeness of the Portland housing stock. It was also super important to me to tap into my community in a deeper way; connecting with people one-on-one and being able to actually see the positive outcomes of my work in a tangible way.
Being a real estate agent allows me to form deep and meaningful connections with people while satisfying my own insatiable curiosity for Portland homes. I approach my work for my clients as if I’m in their shoes, buying or selling. It’s personal! It’s critical that my clients have an authentic and enjoyable experience working with me, with honesty and integrity being my top priority all the time. My goal is to evolve the perception of real estate agents from perhaps less than trustworthy sales folks to client-focused, highly trusted and thoughtful individuals.
I am an accredited Earth Advantage Broker, Accessory dwelling unit (ADU) specialist, and I have also received the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award, recognizing outstanding service professionals. It would be my honor to serve you in buying or selling your home!
