I believe real estate is a team effort. I trust you to know what you want, and you can trust me to help you make the right decisions. My job is to be knowledgeable about the industry and the market, and to instill confidence in you as you navigate the process of buying or selling a home. Every situation, every transaction, every home, every client is unique, and my favorite thing about this business is the opportunity to answer new questions and solve new challenges.
I moved to Portland in 2001 from the Bay Area and didn't know what to expect; not knowing the city meant my family ended up in a neighborhood that didn't suit us. But when we found the right spot, it made all the difference. I am so grateful to have raised my two sons here. Portland has big-city opportunities with small-town energy, and when you're sick of the asphalt and the buildings, it's only 10 minutes across a bridge to stand among the trees.
Over my almost two decades in the business, I have honed my neighborhood matchmaking skills, and I enjoy predicting where my clients will land. They are always surprised when I am spot-on; sometimes we even make wagers. What I bring to both my local and relocating clients is an intimate knowledge of Portland's neighborhoods and an understanding of the nuances and steps it takes to relocate to Portland. My knack for touring virtually and keen eye for detail help me notice things that make a difference. I can tell when the natural light is going to be perfect, and I can spot red flags and know what to walk away from.
At the end of the day, my biggest reward as a realtor is the smile on my clients' faces as I hand them the keys to their perfect new home, or place that “Sold” sticker on the For Sale sign. Let's go!
