Hi, I’m Kate! Buying and selling homes can be emotional experiences, and I am here to ensure you have a professional advocate to help you through the necessary steps. My background as a success coach, supporting first-generation students through their first year of college, was incredibly formative for me. I strive to bring that same level of care and commitment to all of my clients throughout the real estate process, by empowering them with all the information they need to make good decisions for themselves.
When touring prospective homes with buyers, I’ve got my eye out for needed repairs, and anything that might make the home difficult to sell down the line. Looking at homes from this perspective can save you a lot of heartache! Sellers that I represent are fully briefed on market trends and neighborhood comps, and every listing is prepared with an eye to show and market it in its best light. By communicating effectively throughout my transactions, I’m able to ensure a win-win for both parties—in the present and for the future. I am also known for bringing a sense of humor to everything I do. Nothing fires me up like taking great care of my clients, and laughing with them along the way.
My business is driven 100% by referrals and repeat clients; I am lucky enough to be able to engage with some of the most wonderful people, and to have them send me their people when the time comes to buy or sell. Every client ends up feeling like a friend, and the circle continues!
I live in Gresham with my amazing husband and daughter, where the tight-knit community means I run into friends and neighbors every time I go out. Having grown up in Southern California, I love the Pacific Northwest for its trees and close access to the mountains, rivers and lakes— and being able to snowboard, float, paddleboard, and walk on the beach all within an hour of home. It’s also a foodie’s paradise! You can always find me cooking, eating, talking about food, or looking up great places to eat. I’m part of a dinner club with friends and we all go to a new Portland restaurant every month, so I am always trying the best of what Portland has to offer.
