As a fourth-generation realtor who loves homes of all shapes and sizes, I've seen firsthand how real estate can improve every aspect of life, from the joy and comfort of coming home to a space that’s deeply personal to providing a bedrock foundation for financial freedom. For me and my team, real estate has been (and continues to be) the happy-ever-after ending we all dream of, and I want that same “freeze-frame before the closing credits” moment for every client I work with.

My approach to the real estate process is two-fold:

1) I make a point to learn your story inside and out. That means gaining a thorough understanding of both your short and long-term goals and working with you to see how real estate can get you there. If you’re coming to me with a clear goal already in mind, that’s amazing and I can’t wait to get after it —but it’s also my job to make sure you’re educated on all the options you may not be seeing (or may not even know exist). I’m all about using my skill set, my experience, and the current market to create the most advantage for you.

2) Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, from the moment we make a commitment to each other, I am your ally, advocate, mentor, and hype person through the entire transaction and beyond. I know buying or selling a home is a huge deal and I take your trust very seriously. While I always want to make the process fun and collaborative, I also show up with exceptional negotiating skills, resources, proactive communication, honesty, and a girl-scout level of preparedness every single day—no exceptions. Because that’s what you deserve.

When I’m not working my behind off for my clients, I love exploring the gorgeous community I help them invest in. Portland and its surrounding areas have so much to offer and you’ll never see me turn down an unexpected adventure or a laid-back stroll with Dan, my partner in business and life, and our two whippets Pepper and Jack.
