Service is simply a part of my nature —my goal is to make each transaction, whether it’s a purchase or a sale, as smooth as possible. I enjoy helping my clients understand the current conditions of the ever-changing real estate market, important timelines, how to stay competitive and while protecting their financial future.
I know firsthand how the process of buying and selling can be stressful. In just under 10 years, I’ve personally bought four houses and sold three! I moved a dozen times as a kid and still love the process, though I understand that it can be intimidating or overwhelming! That’s why I’m an education-focused agent —I want my clients to know what to expect at every step and prepare them for potential bumps along the way. My favorite part of being an agent is being a proactive problem solver. I’ve got you covered from start to finish and the years that follow.
My first career was in healthcare as a Speech-Language Pathologist, after earning my Bachelor's from the University of Iowa and my Master's from The University of Washington. My experiences in hospitality, patient care, and hospital leadership developed the diverse skill set I now use to cater to each client's specific needs and circumstances, which makes me better poised to negotiate on their behalf. As a guide and a resource, I form quick bonds with my clients as we navigate the waters of buying and selling.
Portland has been my happy home for over 15 years, and I’ve owned homes in both SE and SW. My great joys are practicing yoga, making fun of my dogs, learning about the plants in my giant yard, cooking and eating, and traveling with my husband around the world for the next yummy bite.
Do you have questions about buying, selling, or Portland in general? Reach out! I’d love to take you out for your beverage of choice, my treat, and we can talk about your goals!
